Cookie worked as a stripper and met mobster Jimmy Falcone. The two fell in love and after his arrest, he proposed to her and they went onto have three kids.

- How she and Jimmy met is never consistent, it is mentioned that they met when Jimmy robbed her father's liquor store, on another, they met when Jimmy stole her from his cousin Sammy while he was in juvie and another time they met when Jimmy was whacking a guy and he saw her by coincidence as a stripper.
- The stripper story is the only one with continuity, due to it being mentioned several times.
- Her maiden name was DeFazio.
- Her brother is the only member of her side of the family to be seen.
